Cabernet Sauvignon “Revival”

The 2019 Revival reflects our vision of a Bordeaux style Cabernet Sauvignon. This graceful wine opens with subtle notes of blackcurrant, black cherries, and ripe raspberries. The richness of the wine cloaks the tannin in a way that will permit early consumption. Tasting from barrel, Galloni noted that it is “bold, forward and juicy, all qualities readers will be able to enjoy upon release … mid-weight Cabernet Sauvignon that delivers the goods. There is plenty to like.”

Parker found “Full bodied, concentrated and structured with a solid frame of chewy tannins, it gives a generous amount of black cherry and savory flavors, finishing with an herbal lift.” Drink now through 2028.
